  • Communicate with insurance carriers and assist with coverage issues

Develop a Coordinated Plan to Optimize Quality of Life

Injured or disabled individuals can be assured our care managers will coordinate their needs.

AdvancedRM care managers will:

  • Identify appropriate treatment options and community resources
  • Locate specialty programs
  • Create team approach by communicating with teachers, physicians, therapists, and care givers
  • Function as a resource to patient/family to identify questions and points of discussion for physicians
  • Assist with medication management and oversight
  • Secure medical records and assist with completion of insurance documents

Identify all Reimbursement Options

Care managers identify payer sources and community resources to provide reimbursement for needed care and services. They communicate with insurance carriers, state and county agencies, and other professionals to establish funding and program opportunities. The care manager is a advocate for the disabled, elderly, injured, or infirmed individual.
